[INDOLOGY] Suśruta Project website changes

*Suśruta Project 2020-2024*

1. I have moved the material on the original Suśruta Project website to the
new address:

   - sushrutaproject1.github.io

      The material is arranged slightly differently, but it's all there.
      In mid-February I will be changing the URL "sushrutaproject*1*.
      github.io" address to "sushrutaproject.github.io".


2. The original project address, sushrutaproject.org now sends you to the
new abovementioned site at Github.
The address old.sushrutaproject.org will send you to the original website,
at least for a few months into next year.

1. The main website for the successor research project is:

   - sushrutaproject2.github.io
