[INDOLOGY] Accessing Manuscripts at GOML Chennai

Dear colleagues,

I'm wondering if anyone has any recent experience accessing manuscripts
from the collection at GOML Chennai?

I've noticed a requisition letter is required for scans, but the precise
format and qualification of the letter is missing from their website. I am
seeking to make a few few scans later this year and thought someone might
be able to provide some guidance on the letter/proper procedures that are
not listed on the following website:
