[INDOLOGY] Help -inscription at Angor Wat

Dear colleagues,
A colleague of mine, who is not a member of the indology list, would like
to know some information about an inscription that he had photographed at
the Angkor Wat temple, Cambodia (script, language & content) . Please find
the photographe attached.
I would be grateful if any of the list members could help us.
