Unfortunately I have no information on provenance, dating, etc.
Even that I think that it is Śāradā, I am not literate in this script.

Looks like Śāradā to me. It seems you do not give any bibliographical information at all on the Archive site. Maybe if you share some more information about the mss. people might be able to give you more helpful responses as to that end. Provenance, dating, etc.?
