it appeared on *The Journal of Asian Studies* 69/1, 2010, pp. 314-15

Furthermore, any (bibliographical) advice on the western academic approach
on tantric sexual rites, blood sacrifices, and women's role within tantric
praxis (in its larger sense) will be appreciated.
