Sāyaṇa’s commentary on the Mahānārayaṇa-Upaniṣad is included in the 1898
Ānandāśrama edition of the Taittirīya-Āraṇyaka (pp. 783–909), which you

Bhaṭṭabhāskara Miśra’s commentary is included in the Bibliotheca
Sanskrita edition (vol. II, pp. 71–191):
