Dear all,

 

I had intended to wait until its purported release of Dec. 1st to announce, but I have just learned that my book has started shipping from the publisher in advance of that date. 
 I hope this will be of interest to several of you.  As of now, I don’t have a discount code (though there will be such for the AOS and AAR conferences; should I get one more generally, I will be sure to share).
