[INDOLOGY] Thirteen new tantric etexts added to Muktabodha digital library

Somehow I left the credits out from this announcement. Those credits are:
These 18  etexts were prepared by the Muktabodha Varanasi office staff,
Vinay Mishra, Dharmendra Kumar, and Sandeep Yadav under the supervision of
Dr. Anirban Dash. The transcriptions are from manuscript images produced by
the individuals of eGangotri who have generously made these available to
the public on archive.org.
