Wijk, Walter Emile van. 1938. Decimal Tables for the Reduction of Hindu Dates from the Data of the Sūrya-Siddhānta. The Hague: M. Nijhoff.

I also require pdf of the same author's "On Hindu Chronology", which seems to have appeared in installments of Acta Orientalia, I (1923), p. 206; II (1924), p. 55; III (1924),p. 236; IV (1926), p. 55; V (1927), p. 1. I am not sure my bibliographic reference is correct.
