Dear Madhav and other members,
The only place I've ever seen long svarita marked is in some chanting books
(both devanagari and transliteration) for the Rudram. Has anyone seen the
long svarita (in devanagari and transliteration looks like double quotes
above ) marked in any other texts than the Rudram?
Thanks,
