[INDOLOGY] RAW transcription for a Tamil text (Re: Devanagari v and b in manuscripts from Kashmir

I'm surprised one thing has gone unsaid. Copyrights etc. permitting
wherever possible shouldn't a pdf of the original manuscript be published
with the e-text?

Are there on-line e-texts that also have a pdf or a link to the original
manuscript?
