[INDOLOGY] Grantha fonts for Mac

I am aware of this font family
https://fonts.google.com/noto/specimen/Noto+Serif+Grantha
and this online keyboard for it.
https://www.lexilogos.com/keyboard/grantha.htm
 I haven't used either.
