Thank you everyone, for pitching in with the needed files for IT.

I'm keeping track of what we still need in the "Review" section at the
bottom of the page at archive.org <http://n2t.net/ark:/13960/s2gk0kbj0mg>.

Currently, the situation is:

Corrupted or missing files.  If you have good copies of any of these, I'd
be grateful for a copy (good-files at yoga.mozmail.com).

* vol03-04/vol03-04_art05_Brough.pdf is missing pages 93-95
* vol38/05 Jurewicz.pdf (file missing)

Archive.org is still chugging away with some background tasks.  Give it
time.

Madhav: you can do a full download as a torrent, and the torrent client
will let you pick and choose individual files.
