[INDOLOGY] Saṃmatu

I just encountered the word /saṃmatu /at the end of a (Sanskrit 
Devanagari) manuscript where I would have expected /saṃvat/. I haven't 
seen it before and wonder if colleagues have -- perhaps it is a NIA form?
