Dear Krishnaprasad Ji,
I checked two manuscripts of the Aṣṭādhyāyī for एत्येधत्यूठ्सु and
here are the scans:

In neither of these manuscripts, you see a cluster with स handing below ट.
It would be great if someone could check a manuscript of Ṣaṭtriṃśat
Tattvasandoha for the treatment of the cluster "ṭtri". Best wishes,
