[INDOLOGY] Literature on Minakshi and Gauri puja

I should also have mentioned Rachel's more recent book, /Revelry, 
Rivalry, and Longing for the Goddesses of Bengal. The fortunes of Hindu 
Festivals/ (Columbia UP, 2011), which focuses more specifically on pūjās.
