The derivations I am aware of are
sati sādhu satyam
sat + yat (*tatra sādhuḥ*, A 4.4.98) = satya
or
sate/sadbhyo hitaṃ satyam
sat + yat (*tasmai hitam*, A 5.1.5) = satya
