[INDOLOGY] Best way to type Sanskrit in Windows?

It's a few years back that I used Windows, but the software Keyman
(Tavultesoft) is quite helpful for creating customized keyboard input.

There is a bundle of Andrew Glass's Gandhari Unicode font together with
the Keyman Desktop software:
