Tibetologie und Buddhismuskunde" (WSTB) that are out of print are now
available for free download from the WSTB website:

The WSTB continues to publish in the field of Tibetan and Buddhist
Studies, and is shifting to an open-access model. As a result, the two
most recent publications in the series are now also available as free
