and with variant readings pratyakSarUpaM / vaitado / viprakRSTaM
by S. Speijer in his Sanskrit syntax p. 202
where it is said that the kArikA "is quoted in a 
foot-note on p. 188 of ZrIrAmamayazarman's 
edition of MRcchakaTI (Majumdâr's series) "
