There is an article by Suniti Kumar Chatterji: Some Iranian and Turki
loans in Sanskrit. - In: Shahidulla presentation volume / ed. By Anwar
S. Dil. - Lahore : Linguistic Research Group of Pakistan, 1966. -
(Pakistan Linguistic Series ; 7) [not seen by me]

Another article comes from Hassan Rezai Baghbidi: Iranian elements in
Sanskrit. - In: Themes and tasks in Old and Middle Indo-Aryan
linguistics / ed. by Bertil Tikkanen, Heinrich Hettrich. - Delhi :
Motilal Banarsidass, 2006, p. 143-166 [with a list of loanwords]

Among the dictionaries that may help to build a list of loanwords H. H.
Wilson's Glossary of judicial and revenue terms (first publ. 1855) might
be useful.

Hope it helps
