The book   is all about the forest  culture  and  agriculture  narratives
of   the   tribal people of Kalahandi  related to  their socio- cultural
epic  narration, ritual, culture hero, gods and goddesses, mythic  heroes ,
epic singers, caste genealogies  and drought song. It is the out come of a
long term research  taken up by me in Kalahandi.
