help with untraced quotation

Dear friends, 

I was recently approached by someone looking for a translation
of a Sanskrit passage.  The text I was given, however, is only
a fragment of a sentence, viz.

k.sataya.h praj~naa.m prati

Could anyone direct me to a text-place for this?
