THE PENNSYLVANIA  STATE UNIVERSITY, Religious Studies Program, invites 
applications for a one-year position in Buddhism.  Primary area of 
expertise is open, but candidates with an active research agenda and 
strong record of effective teaching are preferred.  Ph.D. required at 
the time of the appointment (fall 2007). Applications received by 
November 1, 2006 will be assured of consideration; however, all
