I'd rather guess this volume is meant:

        Festschrift Moriz Winternitz : 1863 ... 1933 / herausgegeben von
        Otto Stein und Wilhelm Gampert. - Leipzig : Harrassowitz, 1933.  -
        xiv, 357 p.
