Dear colleaues,
as far as I know, the manuscript tradition of a Kedaramahatmya
ascribed to the Vayu-Purana (see New Catalogus Catalogorum, vol. 5,
pp. 32f.) cannot be traced back to that source - which is a
known phenomenon with such mahatmyas.
As for the tradition connected with the Skanda-Purana (NCC, loc.
cit.), the are two pertinent chapters:
Kedaramahimakhyana SkP 4.2.77
Kedaramahatmyavarnana SkP 7.3.9
There are numerous printed editions with (or including) that title;
see e.g. Cat. India Office, Printed Books, pt. II, Sanskrit, vol. 2,
pp. 1330f.
