As of Jan. 6, Deutsche Welle

has a weekly 30 min. broadcast in Romanes (Romany),
the language of the Central and (S)E European
Gypsies (Roma, Sinti, etc.)

It is broadcast locally (SFB, 106.8 MHz) for the  Berlin area,  and for the
rest of Europe
by Deutsche Welle, on Sundays, 19.30 - 20.00 Uhr CET /  6:30 - 7:00 p.m. GMT/
11:30-12.00 a.m. EST  on shortwave :
3995 kHz / 75 meter band (for Spain, North Africa, Turkey, Ukraine, Poland,
Denmark, France);
6130 kHz / 49 meter band (Bulgaria, Rumania, Hungary, Serbia, Macedonia);
11885 kHz / 25 meter band (Greece, Bulgaria, Albania, Macedonia, Turkey)
