Which N.Indian place-names can be traced back further to their Dravidian
roots ?

eg. Dravid. Kongu or Kongo -> Sans. Ganga; Dr. Hariyupiyah -> Pkt. Harappa

Maybe some of the noted Dravidologists on this list ( Chandrasekaran,
Ganesan, et al.) can shed more light on this.
