"Generally" -- maybe, though I don't know how that would have to be
established. My favourite inclusivistic verse is from Madhva's
K.r.s.naam.rtamahaar.nava:

Arcitaas sarvadevaas syur yatas sarvagato Hari.h (vs. 9)

I think we'll have a hard time finding something more inclusivistic than
that!
