Unless "Tamil" excludes the Tenkalai Sri Vaishnavas, then this is not correct.
The Tenkalais make a big point of only bowing once, 
although the forehaed may be touched 
to the ground in three 
places during that one bow.

Also there are many occasions where it is
correct to circumambulate an odd number of times: 1,3,7.
