Glossary of Sanskrit from Indonesia

I find from RLIN (Research Libraries Information Network) that Vak is
held in libraries at University of Michigan, University of Minnesota,
Cornell University, and University of California Berkeley. One cannot
tell if their holdings include this particular issue...
